Do not ask me how, because it would be a little complicated to explain it,not why, because I do not know it.
After all, have I had left a flashy woman, not?
This image, it is that, an image, not a work in strict sense, a caprice that isn't in selling.

------------------------------------------------------------------

Here I leave to you the video of the ritual just when I burned the bonfire the night of June 22, 2012 before 12 p.m..
This was the ritual.....
- To ask for 3 desires, writing them in a piece of paper, which
  it coils as a bugle
- To rub it for the eyes, ears and mouth of the water dragon,  for that sees it, should listen to it and communicates it to the sky
- To introduce it in the bonfire that goes away to be burning hot.
- To burn finally the bonfire

LAS PLEYADES / THE PLEIADES

During more than one year, I designed, drew and then I filmed in super 8  this short that does not come to 3 minutes. So much work for a little time, I thought. I finished it in 1996 and it cost me an understudy in one of the subjects of BBAA, I believe that the only one that I extracted in the whole career. I see it and I would improve many things, but it's inevitable to remember the illusion with  I did it and the illusion with  I taught it repeatedly to my relatives.
 Enjoy this surrealistic Lullaby!!!!!!!

' I usually think sometimes about the mysterious way that the images have of slipping in with obstinate insistence in the mind of the creative people, even more about our wills. At least it happens to me this way.

They are images already formed with a ripeness that amazes me, only it is necessary to allow to lead to the dictation.

Not always it happens like that, clearly, but when it happens one has the obligation to go until the end, of to materialize the image. If not, this one languishes or on the contrary it presses you in logarithmic progression, as a baby who wants to be born as soon as possible because some time ago that has gone out of accounts.

This way they have arisen The Piece of news Nefer, Nemesis, Venus-Urania, and so many other works.

Perhaps the artists let's be only intermediary, such and as he said Bacon. Intermediaries .... but of what? I suppose that of the Creativity, this creativity that grants you some freedoms and it submits you to some other tyrannies. "

APOLO Y DAFNE/ APOLLO AND DAPHNE

Apolo y Dafne.
2012
29 x 19 x 10,5 cms
Caja,Tela, alfileres, y laurel

Y en luengos ramos vueltos se mostraban;
En verdes hojas vi que se tornaban
Los cabellos que al oro oscurecían
De áspera corteza se cubrían
Los tiernos miembros que aún bullendo estaban;

Apollo, god of the prediction, the music and the solar light, was very powerful but was unfortunate in the love. He fell in love with Daphne, his first love, but she was not corresponded. The cause of his misfortune was an Eros (Cupid in the Roman mythology), which shot an arrow of love at Apollo so that he was falling in love with the Nymph, and he sent to her an arrow of lead so that it was pushing his love back.

But Apolo was not desisting in his determination, and he chased his lover up to the river Peneo and, when he was going to reach her, Daphne was transforming: her feet turned roots, her body turned into a crust of tree and her hair into sheets of laurel. According to account Ovidio in his 'Metamorphosis' Apollo clung to Daphne and said that she would always be his favorite tree and that his sheets “ will crown the heads of the peoples as a token of victory ”.

To Daphne either the arms  were growing

And in long turned branches they were appearing;

In green sheets I saw that they were returning

The hairs that to the gold were getting dark

Of rough crust they were covered

The tender members who bullendo were still;

The white feet in ground were kneeling,

And in crooked roots they were turning.

That one that was the cause of such damage,

By force of crying, growing it was doing

The tree that with tears was watering

Miserable way Oh, oh bad size,

That in spite of weeping for it grows every day

The cause and the reason for which he was crying!

LAS MENADES/ THE MENADES

 Las Menades.
2012
