El Rokurokubi es un yokai que se encuentra en el folklore japonés.
Durante el día parecen seres humanos normales, pero por la noche adquieren la habilidad de estirar su cuello para grandes longitudes como
una serpiente.
Alguna vez los rokurokubi fueron seres humanos normales, generalmente mujeres, pero fueron transformados por el karma para romper diversos preceptos del budismo.
A menudo, estos rokurokubi son verdaderamente siniestros, ya que se
comen a la gente o beben su sangre en lugar de limitarse a asustarlas.Se
asemejan a los tanuki por la característica de jugarle bromas a los seres humanos.

Yōkai ("apariciones", "espiritus", "demonios", o "monstruos") son una clase de criaturas en la cultura japonesa.
Unos poseen parte de animal y parte de rasgos humanos.
Los Yōkai son generalmente más poderosos que los seres humanos, y
debido a esto, tienden a actuar con arrogancia sobre los mortales. Los
Yōkai también tienen valores diferentes de los seres humanos, y cuando
estos entran en conflicto pueden conducir a la enemistad. Ellos son
generalmente invulnerables al ataque humano, pero pueden ser derrotados
por expertos exterminadores yōkai (退治屋, taijiya) y monjes budistas con
la bendición de Buda.
Algunos yōkai simplemente evitan a los seres humanos y así el
problema que conllevaban; generalmente habitan áreas aisladas lejos de
viviendas humanas. Otros yōkai, sin embargo, deciden vivir cerca de
asentamientos humanos conviviendo en buena armonía.

Indiferencia mercurial, poema de Carmen,
Mariposas subliminales
vuelan
sobre el andamio
de las dudas,
en él
mis invertebrados pies
equilibran oscilaciones
rozando el vacio
llueven pétalos
de indiferencia
olvidado el paraguas
del olvido
las ninfálidas
me prestan sus alas
como techumbre
la indiferencia mercurial
rebota sobre ellas
y se multiplica
por cientos
por miles
por millones
de indiferencias inhóspitas
que caen sobre el andamio
y lo desequilibran
en constante y sincopado
movimiento
percibo el vértigo
que corre por mis venas
y cierro los ojos
echo de menos
la dicotomía de mi cuerpo invertebrado
para salir volando
e intento infructuosa
alcanzar las subliminales alas
todo es en vano
y me embargan
el terror y el vértigo
hasta empujarme al vacio
abro los ojos

CANDY, CANDY VENUS
Aqui os muestro lo que empezó siendo un divertimento sobre un simple folio y acabó siendo una obra que se acerca al lenguaje del grafitti y del diseño gráfico, una obra lúdica y esponjosa como el propio titulo de la obra "Candy Venus", en la que se refleja un mundo despreocupado y ligero, de rosaceas ensoñaciones.
Here I show you what started by being something entertaining on a simple sheet of paper and ending up by being a work that approaches the language of the grafitti and of the graphic design, a playful and spongy work as the proper title of the work 'Candy Venus', in which an unconcerned and light world is reflected, of rosy daydreams.
